Five Star Precious Metals invites all of our customers and future customers whom do not reside in the Tri-State, to ship their materials through our distinguished carrier. Five Star Precious Metals has a special alliance with FedEx. Your goods will be secured by our special DVX account, which insures overnight shipping of your items valued up to $ 25,000.00 USD. Follow the directions stated below and use Five Star Precious Metals account number to receive discounted rates while shipping your valuables.

Fill out Customer Identification Form (below)
After clicking 'SEND' below you will be given a link, from FED-EX to click that will allow you to Print your Pre-Paid label. You will also receive an email from FED-EX, as a confirmation, that includes the link and shipping instructions.
Fill out a Method of Payment Form (PDF).
Securely package materials, including means of desired payment (Method of Payment Form)
Drop off package at any Manned FedEx Express US domestic location (please call and Five Star will inform you of the location nearest you) or schedule a pick up by FedEx Express.

Processing

Customers will be notified upon receipt of shipped goods.
Precious metals will then be weighed, smelted and assayed.
Our Five Star experts will determine the value of metals through the use of the karat finesse, weight of the metal and the daily second London-Fix.
Customers have the option of receiving payment via bank wire, overnight check, or direct deposit (depending on which bank customer is affiliated with).
All customers are guaranteed to receive payment of all shipped goods 24 hours after receipt by Five Star Precious Metals.
